Refund policy

• Free trial: cancel before the 14 days end and you are never charged. We email you 3 days before.
• Cancel any time: from the app (Account, then Manage subscription) or from the link in any billing email. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
• 14-day refund: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, or within 14 days of a yearly renewal. A refunded subscription is also cancelled.
• Otherwise: we do not give partial refunds for unused time.
• Mistakes: if you were charged twice or by mistake, we refund the extra charge in full.

How to ask

Write to info@speechpill.com from the email address you sign in with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Your rights under consumer protection law where you live are not affected by this policy.
